United Church Women

ucw 2016

We are the women of St. Mark’s.  We meet regularly to share and encourage one another and unite for the total mission of the church.   Membership is open to all women of the congregation.

We serve our church by offering fair trade coffee and other kitchen supplies for all St. Mark’s events. We also provide issues of Broadview and These Days, Daily Devotionals for our congregation.

We serve in our community by supporting the Hamper project, Gate 3:16, Luke’s Place, Footprints4Autism, St. Andrew’s Outreach Program and The Back Door Mission, Oshawa.

St. Mark’s United Church Women serve in the world by supporting The United Church of Canada’s Mission & Service Fund and World Development and Relief Program. They also serve through Presbyterial UCW, bursary programs and Cross Cultural exchange.

The UCW is working on gathering in new and exciting ways to continue to serve their mission through St. Mark’s.

An online spring Auction will begin on Friday, April 9 can be viewed on our facebook page.  View new items every week.
